TransPaper: a newspaper corpora transcriptor.

TransPaper is designed as a transcription tool (mostly with scripts condensed in a single html file) for supporting the manual part of markup for the Corpus Segusinum, the Corpus Hastense and the other components of the Regional Newspaper Italian Corpus Project. So, it is a simple word editor, but very specialized and with a twist.
